Sadly this happens from time to time. You will learn from it, so not to worry. At least you pranged a car thats cheap to fix!
Insurance will handle everything for you, and will send you some forms to fill in. Don't worry about it, and I expect you'll leave a bigger gap between you and the car infront from now on!

do you think the insurance folk'll come look at it, cos i've started to repair it already.
new bonnet is on and i've noticed that because the slam panel has bent it has curved my wings, there are no marks on the wings so i think when i relieve the pressure by bending the panel back they'll come back into shape.]
My dad's worried about the road worthyness because of the bent slam panel, is there anything i can check to disproove this?
cheers
