Yeah, mine's starting to misbehave like that, too - ideas? I reckon it's got a lot to do with the fuel - 95 UL.

i got a weird prob as ur mentioned fuel, since my engine rebuild only Super Unleaded (97-98) has been used in my car, u can only get this at BP's and Esso's Locally to me, the BP is fine but wheneva I use an Esso Super Unleaded pump it spills out rather than stopping but at every other brand of station i have no problem, and I used to not have any problems at Esso's with the old Normal Unleaded, I thk they dont recondition the nozzles on Super as it is sold less, any1 hav this problem, the car is the Mk 3.5, ie the fuel Flap cover cap, (poetry) small mirrors etc.

Fraser, stop being such a bloody perfectionist and get on with that Zetec conversion m8!

I dunno! <sigh>

Noticed my first rust spot under the fillar cap today - about 2mm across b******* to it

Check your oils every1 - mine's far too thin, and I think it's causin the overheating. Try getting a more viscous one (???) and see how that helps.

Al
