PAS (Power Assisted Steering)
How much would it cost to install PAS into a mk3 fiesta? i know if i were to buy the parts brand new it would cost me an arm and a leg but what about breakeryard prices? [ERRR] there are about 20 breakeryards within 15 minutes of me. BTW i will be installing it with help from a friend who's a mechanic so no labour chrages or anythin like that jus parts. anyone done this b4?
Cheers.
Zak.

Try phoning round the scrappers, then you'll have an exact price instead of a guess.
Those that can, do; and those that can't, talk about it.

Stick with no PAS, I find it so much better than PAS except when it comes to parking lol.

Re: PAS (Power Assisted Steering)
Have to say I prefer not having it. I wouldn't fanny about taking it out if the car had PAS but certainly wouldn't faff about retro fitting it.
I find teh PAS equipped cars lacka lot of feel and driver feedback. And the Fiesta is only diddy and light so really doesn't need PAS to get you by. Get some weights and work on your arm muscles instead. The chicks will love it far more

Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
