Passenger side door pocket with switch hole

I need a door pocket for the passenger side door card for my '94 Si.I have got one on order from Ford,but it has been nearly 8 weeks & it still isn't in yet.
It must be in good condition with none of the hooks that clip onto the door card broken off. It also needs to have the hole in it for the electric window switch.
Will need it posting to me.
