hi just want to get an idea how fast a properly set up 200bhp frst can do?
wot can u beat and keep up [ERRR] (alceration and top speed).

had mine r/r @ 199 bhp with a slighty blowin manfiold and 221 lbt, here a pic :D

yer its a stage 2 t3, cossie pump, biege injectors, chip, 4inch exhaust, pipercross filter, used to go like a c**t till the headgasket went, down ive just had a big vale head done and im doing a 2.1 zvh botttom end :D

I'd say get a front mount intercooler with that setup - the Pace intercooler will hold it back ;)
