Phase 1 ZS: Nothing exciting but...
Re: Phase 1 ZS: P2 Blacktop Engine
The point I'm making is as soon as jony mentioned power figures on his thread, people pretty much said prove it or f**k off.
As soon as rob mentions power figures people are amazed and saying how awesome it is.

PEOPLE!? Which people?
James asked what cams I was using. I then explained that it was the "140bhp kit" from shawspeed. I didn't actually state that was the power figure.
Danny then suggested it could probably do 150.
Then Jony stuck his nose into the conversation saying unnecessary things. Also mentioning money that I haven't even spent. Nor have I ever stated how much I have spent on it. He's just assuming I paid the price on ebay.
Then you follow Jony around joining in on anything he starts, just so it looks like someone here actually likes him!

I was saying to just prove that people didn't jump on you when you mention what power it should be.
Don't get me wrong, I love ripping jony, but thats having a bit of fun, some guys can't wait to start argument!
Were all on this forum from one common interest, why can't everyone get along

exactly!
rob, your being overly reactive you little nerd
that ebay link you posted few weeks back on FB, had all the information im relating to, the price he spent on it, the spec everything.. im not making s**t up
i said the same thing on fb as ive said now, and again your firing up the couldren fire ready to toss me in
and if you look back, james was getting pretty excited to hear the spec you were listing
trecoll :Yeah, SS4's.
When it's mapped properly, I should be getting about 145 brake.
then this is what promted my comment:
you have removed your piggy back chip, effectively removing what ties all the mods together, id say you'd lose a big percentage of the "145" horses
pretty sure you'd hzve it sitting in the 130's somewhere, so tell me is £2500 he spent on it seem worth it to any of you?
it couldve had a full blown ITB kit with Omex 600 ecu for that price, and that wouldve given more power id say!
and you wouldve have had any running issues as you are

Didn't accuse you of making anything up.
jonyb4 :and if you look back, james was getting pretty excited to hear the spec you were listing
James is solitary, not plural. So person, not people.
jonyb4 :trecoll :Yeah, SS4's.

Hence I said when it's mapped properly. IE, the new ecu has been fitted and it's been mapped.
jonyb4 :so tell me is £2500 he spent on it seem worth it to any of you?
Irrelevant, as I did not spend that money. Nor did you read it correctly. The engine build to the spec was £1600. I have the receipt at the garage. £1000 of which is labour.
Nor did I pay anywhere near the price you saw on ebay.
Now f**k off. Leave James' thread alone.

Go on swear at me like that one more time, and you call me a keyboard warrior, you cower and shy away from me in person so dont suddenly muster the courage to tell me to f**k off with a monitor infront of you
do i care if £1000 is labour? its still money spent!
but yeah again james thread doesnt stop you replying does it

It makes your point wrong though! Show me where you can get ITBs and OMEX 600 for £600?

Jesus guys, seriously? Just calm it the f**k down. Between this little group you are ruining this site with your constant bickering and arguments over ridiculous topics and it's getting, frankly, properly fudgekin boring.
What are newbies joining up going to think when they come into a project thread and see the same faces insulting, swearing, and threatening each other? Give it a fudgekin rest and calm down. Take a break from the site for a week or so, and stop getting so wound up.
I couldn't remember why I started to drift away from here, and this just brings it all back.

Re: Phase 1 ZS: My day just got better...
Not only do I have a keyboard battle going on in my thread but I've only gone and got myself a cracked windscreen and a flat tyre.
Flat tyre, no spare. Back up plan... Ruin my Borbets in this c**p weather.
I suppose I'll have to buy the coilovers next month then

Exactly. And people complain about lack of activity on the site, with this kind of childish pettiness it's no great surprise.
I've had complaints about comments flying round on this thread, so let me lay it on the line for those who are lack the ability to consider their opinions before spewing them forth onto the forum :
If you don't have anything constructive or positive to say, then don't bother commenting. Moreover, people, leave the name-calling to children. It happens again then I'll just ban everyone I consider to be involved and lock the thread. You can all piss off to PF or ZSOC (or wherever, I don't care) and play crybabies over there like other members do when they get a temp-ban for being a nob (Yeah, you know who you are and somehow you think we [mods] don't know about your bitching and whining. Get real.)
How's all that suit you? I'm a grown up, you're grown ups, this is NOT a crèche. Learn to interact like normal, decent human beings and we'll all get along. Remember, just because you don't like a person or their opinion doesn't grant you the automatic right to behave like a c*nt - I only get that right because my name appears in green.
Clear?
If OP wants any posts removing please PM me, I'll do it later on.
