looking amazing! better than ever tbh! how do you find the flocked dash btw, as in cleaning it, i have been looking into getting mine done, but ive heard they are a nightmare to clean, like dust gets caught in the material and is very hard to get out! cheers thorny

DaveRom power wise i cant really do anything more besides a tabular manifold, stage 4 head,or diff cam but thats alot money and the gains wont be much might see out 315bhp,the car is pushing as much as it can with the setup its on, its only a 1.9 8v cvh at the end of the day with 18psi of boost...Ahmed and mark say its 260bhp, i should have really done a 2.1 Zetec turbo engine
as for the cars next move.. i want it clean and mint again bodywork wise, engine bay smoothed and clean different colour and the roof and another respray in different white thats the plan then its into retirement for the car or break it.
then move onto a escort cosworth next year

thanks?
whats your reason behind this handling beewaxs?
a good set of tyres, suspenshion and ride height, lowerarms, antirollbar, transmisson and tracking will make a car handle properly (which i have), currently i have 9x16s and 8x16s at the back and front nothing wrong with my handling!its the same offset as the cossie wheels didnt want to go less than 8x in width too skitish for my liking its grips more on wide track wheels...
yes i know there going to be heavier buts not going to be a problem though too much pub talk and miths about these days
about cossie wheels and wide wheels....

Sorry fella but I've been there done it and have the T shirt several times over. Escort Cossie rims on Fiesta's does screw the handling. It's not myth, beeswax or pub talk, just plain fact.

Re: Pics of my Car,How it started&how it is now **New Alloys**
With cossie rims your arches will sit on the tyres, the alloy will hit the inner wing and also touch the shocks.
Then you need to use spacers which makes them stick out too far from the fiesta bodywork, then need to cut the body work to suit.
I tried one cosworth rim on my Rs which has had it all cut as you saw when i came to see you ....
And the arches sat on the tyres. Just dont bother as its not worth all the agro for the worse handerling.
Sure they look the bees knees but its up to you
