how do I put up a picture on the screen it may sound simple but i cant do it n e help??

Get your picture saved to your computer, go to:
http://upload.rsoc.co.uk/rsup.htm

the click browse, find your pic, then click upload, and insert the code that they give you, on to the page that you want it on.
