piper cams - RS1800

any one heard anything bad about the piper cams? i have heard the lobes can round off

anyway im after a abit of a power boost for my lil RS1800 and wondered if anyone had any idea how much power i can expect from a set of cams and then maybe the pulleys. also do i need it set up on a rolling road?

my missus hade a set in her escort gti made quite a difference but they were the reprofiled ones and was on std pullys. the car made 143bhp on a dyno dynamics R/R and only had a few other basic mods chip,exhaust,filter.

whats the diff between the blanks and reground ones? is there much? thats not bad seeing that she had standard pulleys, dont they usually make 105 bhp anyway?

The regrind ones are your cams reground to a higher lift which is cheeper than buying blanks,The escort gti is 115ps as std.

how much did it cost to send them to piper? like postage. i think i would probably buy the blanks, just incase i dont want to keep them.
sorry mate forgot they were 115 xr2i threw me off, thought they was the same engine
