What air filter should be under the bonnet? a K&N or a pipercross? What bhp should i expect to gain? I got a 1.6 Si

There two mains makes, wouldnt be too much difference but if i had to decide i would go for K&N which i am going to do on my Si, expecting 5-10 bhp, depends if you have the 1.4 version or the 1.6, wont be a major difference between the two, but some :Q
