Piper or Kent Cams ?

I know this is going to vary slighly as I have a Zetec-S not cvh, but what does everyone prefer, any recomends or experiences ? Most garages seem to supply Piper, is this because they are better ?
And any suggestions for tuning, I am going down the route of filter, zorst decat, cams, chip as I didnt wanna do the van aaken turbo and they are stopping it soon.....so what next ? Throttle Bodies ?
