Okay, this is what I mean - Pipercross carb trumpet socks are £14.99 for two, have a 60mm neck and can be zip tied over carb necks and most induction pipes. Much cheaper than an £80 kit which does the same, safe, looks very smart, and with two in the pack, you have a spare to give to a friend, filter the cabin air, or turn into a glove puppet!

I'm sooo clever.... (someone's gotta know why there aren't millions of these around already - anyone???)
