The body work of my Festa isnt crap but it has got a couple of spots where the previous owner has used touch up paint  And the rear bumper has got a few scratches and the drivers door has been scratched again by the previous owner

What do you recommend, i think i might get new front and rear bumpers (cossie). But what should i do about the touch up paint and scratches. I would love a full respray but defiantley cant afford that.

The car is Pacifica Blue.

All advice would definatley save my sanity as everytime i wash the car it does my head in

As I'm sure Alex will vouch for.. paint is for softies... the true performance nuts drive cars in primer only, this saving weight on paint.

Awwwwwww Pacifica Blue My MINT RS 1800i (has done 3528 miles  ) Is that colour, i never drive it. I got it resprayed for not that much. Why do you not just get the bumpers resprayed? On my 2i touch up paint had been used mainly on the tailgate arround the wiper and on the bonnet, just get those areas sande and sprayed as long as the rest of your car aint too faded should look sweet. Failing that nip down halfords get 3-4 cans of pacifica blue (large size) and spray em yourself for under £40 beware of flies landin in the paint
