what bushes would you suggest are the best to go for, im after some anti- roll bar bushes and bottom arm bushes for a xr2i 16v, i have heard some bad things about deflex, is it best to steer away from them?? also where is the best place to get some decent quality ones from?? any help will be appreciated, cheers thorny

Yea theres a few topics around saying avoid deflex like the plague.

Vibra-Technics are very good

i am using powerflex lower arm and rear beam bushes and i would recomend them, very good and easy to fit. No problems so far.

i thought you were fitting the deflex arms?

i got the deflex arms and full Powerflex set! The arms are goo so far but i think my coilovers are way to hard at the moment
