Power Boost valve on a Si Zetec

can any one help me will this make a difference? in speed & bhp as i have a S/S backbox, RS1800 Throttle body, pipercross filter.

I'd stay clear of these devices, myself (unless you actually need a new valve 'cause your old one is broken). They have a tendancy to make your car run rich by using a lot more fuel for minimal gains in power (if any). It is worth noting that they can be set up properly, so the fueling is spot on. However, in these cases, they offer no benefit over your current pressure control valve.
