someone explain how they work. do they go on turbo or n/a cars?

ups fuel pressure which increases fuel flow through injectors, most efi cars are catered for, must be set up on rollers, xr2i+turbo 8v cvh already have adjustable regulators, as will some other cars...

End of the fuel rail on the right, round thing with a screw in the middle.

take the blanking plug out with a little screwdriver if its never been touched

The "power" boost valve increases fuel pressure by 1.7times, but as already said, the FRST has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, so you DONT need one.
