Power Output

Postby DaveRom on Tue Jun 22, 2004 1:40 pm

Hi, just a quick question,

What power should i be getting with these mods?

Ahmed 165 chip
-32 actuater
Mongoose Exhaust
K&N Cone Filter
Standard T2 running 13psi
Pace Intercooler

Should it be a genuine 165bhp or am i being optimistic?

Thanks

Sounds very similar to mine apart from you have a Pace I/c and i have a mild Kent cam.

I get 140 @ wheels regularly :)

Thanks, thats good :)

If i was to fit a hybrid T2 on there as well how much power do you think it would add? I'm just trying to weigh up whether its worth buying one and whether i'd notice a difference to what i have now.

Dont bother with a hybrid T2 they are VERY expensive. Compare prices in a magazine and you can get a hybrid T3 for cheaper!

Just unbolt the radiator,

angle the right hand side back

fit the radiator spacer plate

slide the cooler in top first and blot in place :D

tape up the polished areas, as not 2 mark them!
