I bought a full set of Powerflex bushes for my Si cost about £150 from Jondel Motorsport. I had them fitted by Leda suspension £300, 10 hours labour as the rear axle had to come off. Wish I'd never done it, ride is so hard it's unreal, handling got worse and dramatically, I hated driving my car after having it done. Gradually changing back to Ford bushes. I know a lot of people swear by polyurethane bushes, but this is my experience of them.

Hope this helps.

By the way I am selling the lower front trailing arms off my Si, complete with Powerflex bushes (one split), if you are interested. Don't think I've done the best job with my "endorsement" of the product though.
