Has anyone got one, any problems with pressure as only 1.1 ? and do I have to cut thew metal valance or can i remove it once new bumper is on ?

Powerflow will build the exhaust to your spec AFAIK so you wont need to worry about that.

I think your have to loose the spare wheel and carrier

Not sure about the rest

When I got my powerflow I was after a pipe at each side but they wouldn't do it as they don't get involved with cutting away bumpers etc so I had to get a single 4" pipe instead. If you really want anything radical you'll need to do any bumper cutouts yourself before the exhaust is fitted. Personally I'd take the rear bumper off completely then you'll be able to trim it after perfectly.
