powerflow cat-back system

who here has got one?? what do they sound like? what will it sound like on my 1.1?? and how much are they??

i inquired and i think it was 200 for a cat back on my 1.1. think it would be sweet
Now owner of a Mk2 Golf, but a FRST is next mark my words (or a VR6 conv. for the golf )

project, what will a 45-50mm bore do (eg. make it louder etc.?) ?? [ERRR] is the bore as standard??

im not Project but yep it'll sure make it sound louder. as for the standard bore i'll say its about 26-31.25mm.

a 2 inch (50mm) bore is fine. just dont make the tailpipe a 5 incher!!
As for the CAT, that is upto u m8. Can u really be asked to replace the Cat pipe each time u do the MOT?? if u can then go for it.

I *think* standard's around the 39mm mark. 49mm is a max, and still may be too much (I'm not doing the maths for this so if it's poo, it's all my fault but I won't be taking the blame ).
As for the sound, larger bores sound more bassy, less raspy and generally just make the car nicer-sounding. Don't skimp on the boxes though - 3 box systems still have the noise without being too loud, and it'll still deliver the goods when you toe the loud button

im thinkin of gettin a system which will comprise of :- the cat, straight 50mm pipe,then back-box with 5inch tailpipe (RS accessory bumper exhaust exit is massive.) Will this be loud!!!
