Mine hasn't rusted....I've had it 1 and a half years, if it does I'll be having a new one for free...as all Powerflow exhausts have a lifetime warranty!

Pheasants are just as bad, they fookin wait for you and THEN run. You can see em on the side of the road so you start slowing down and when you're about 10 yards away they suddenly run the silly fookers. Never hit one tho.

mine rusted on the outside, in a similar kind of way to the Gateshead Angel, didnt have any problems with it the year and a half i owned it. Theyre a bit on the loud side tho! The stainless steel they use is s**t, we welded a mates system up after an engine conversion using mild steel welding rods!

There are two main types of stainless. 304 which can rust, and 316 which generally doesn't rust. Powerflow along with most exhaust manufacturers use grade 304. But if any stainless comes into contact with iron or black steel then this can rust on the surface of the stainless eventually rotting it in the same way. This can happen if they use a grinding disc that has been used on mild steel for example then use it on the stainless which inpregnates small amounts of metal in the stainless.

They usually rust on the welds (I think they're welded with mild steel maybe? Or just a poor grade of stainless).
Lifetime warranty is fine as long as you are the original buyer, but I'm not impressed with the quality anyway; I'd go Longlife, Tube Torque (but TT are louder) or custom.

i got a powerflow on mine and the centre sectoin
is brown, and no its not mud
im not buying them again thats for sure
i sold a mongoose before that and when i took it off and
gave it a clean, i could see my reflection
if i took this off and tried to clean it prob rub a hole in it,
absolute s**t compared to mongoose. Although i think
they did make it from s**t mild steel, not the proper stainless.
Bunch o fkin cowboys who put em on anyway.
Although it does sound sweet, when its not drumming your ear drums

My mate's powerflow zaust has gone rusty. He's got his on a Saab 900 2.0ltr Turbo.
He's going to wait till its really bad as its only underneath so you can't see iti then take it back and get it replaced under warrenty.
No point taking it back because of a few blemeshes.
