hi guys i got my car lowered 50mm at the front and 60mm on the rear the other day. i drove it for the first time yesterday and noticed alot of knocking and vibrations coming from the front. i can feel it through the clutch aswell. does anyone know what it could be? i had my car tracked aswell so i dont know if the wheels would be rubbing?

cheers

Tyres balanced?
Springs seated properly?
Anti-roll bar links done up nice and tight?

You can feel it through the clutch? hmmm...

i didnt fit them, a mechanic did. the car got tracked the next day and i noticed it the day after. yea i can feel it through the clutch its weird. it feels like the wheels are rubbing because the car feels slower and it stops a bit sooner when i take my foot off the accelerator. it sounds like somethings loose and knocking coming from the front somewhere and i can hear sounds from both wheels.

Sounds like somethings loose. Take it back to the "mechanic" and go for a spin with him/her.
It's better to burn out than fade away
