Project - Big Cat! **SURPRISE REVEALED**
Right Guys, Today I Finally Have Myself A Lovely Little Black Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec S.
She Is Lovely To Drive And Pretty Good On Fuel, The Pedals Are A Bit Stiff But Thats Just Me Getting Use To Them I Spose.
There Are A Few Scrapes And Dents On The Paint Work But Nothing Big And Can Be Easily Touched Up By Paint.
Let Me Know What You Think, Here Are A Few Pictures Of Her...!

Re: My First Car!
Jess has some wheels yay !!!,
Looks really great for a first car,
I would get some standard rear lights fitted though, you don't wanna get pulled for them in the first week of driving.
Enjoy

Re: My First Car!
looks good!
great for a first car!
i suggest to shorten the arieal, unscrew it, melt the top in boiling water, then slide it off with pillars, then cut it in two and slide it back on
also dewiper it to get the back end looking smooth, and maybe smooth the boot handle?
looks very nice and clean!

Make sure it gets a good service too!
And don't ever let it run out of oil I found out the hard way what happens to these engines when the run low!
What other plans do you have?
edit: i mean run too low on oil...

Re: My First Car!
Ok Michael, I'll Keep An Eye On It.
The Plans In My Head At The Moment Are...
Buy The Original ZS Alloys And Spray Them Up Orange,
Replace The Exhaust Because Its Just A Lump Of Rust,
Buy Some Orange Sticker Strips For The Sides,
Respray Both Front And Back Bumpers,
Sort Out The Interior Too,
Thats My Plans For Now.
Thanks Henry, I Have No Idea When The Next Castle Combe Is...!

Re: My First Car!
All I'm Saying For Now, Yes It's Going To Be Black And Orange.
I Took Off The Fly Eye Tape From The Headlights, Which Looks More Tidy But Will Be Buying A New Pair Of Headlights Soon.
Taken Off The Grill And Sanded It All Smooth Ready For Respray, When I Finally Find The Colour Code Of The Paint.
After Taking The Grill Off, I Took Apart Some Of The Bumper And Found A Crack In The Middle, But Is Getting Fixed Soon.
I Had Ordered Some Orange And Black Ford Overlays For The Front, Back And Steering Wheel, Which Arrived Saturday, They Wont Be Fitted Yet As I'm Getting The Spraying Done First!
