I originally found and started reading this post because of the engine you were using, the duratec v6.
Since then I have just been reading because its nuts :o. Unfortunately I can't see the pictures though as they have been removed, but maybe you could wet my pallet and upload some more? :D

Whats happening with this? Is it alive? Its been 7 years!!
