yes another one..the one in the car is using standard rods and 'if' they become a problem then the new engine car replace it.. trying not to get too carried away with another engine yet as i still dont have a working car to put it in :lol:
also now have some pro race 1.2 wheels and another set of toyo 888's :D

car looks lovely, how does it drive with the 8 inch wide wheels

how does it feel in comparison to the RS2000, must feel pokier with the turbo engine

cheers chaps,i know what you mean dave,i just want to hear his thing running :rolleyes: pedal box is already at £800 and i still need to buy more fittings.. got a nice tilton 3 chamber reservoir for it though.. must stop buying fancy bits and get it running :lol:

it will be driven but wont get dirty :o santa pod is looming :oooh: it will be there but just a bloody orniment :lol:
the pedal box was £450
master cylinders £100 each
and theres a easy £100 worth of fittings in there so more than £800 :lol: just bought more as well to go to the reservoir :lol: just wish i had more time/light to get it done :x

probably will but the trouble i have with this car is trying to not make look like luca's..his reservoirs are there as well ... and trying to keep the bay as clean and empty as possible....will see where it fits :)

I have seen a few mounted there in the past on various cars, think it works well and looks smart too. As you say, have a look round the 'bay and see what's what in terms of room

no major update,fitted the fluid reservoir, set it in a sheet of carbon and bolted it in where the heater would go,couldnt find anywhere better to put it :lol:

That's gonna be a right ball-ache mate as you'll have to alter how the seat bolts to the floor bars,

Can you not get a different pedal box that would sit in a similar position to the original pedals ?

well its either weld more bars in for the seat to bolt to or have a section made up to square the floor up where the master cylinders fit...tempted by the latter.. as for the steering wheel as i now have the quick release boss fitted it 50mm closer..the only problem i can see with moving the seat back would be changing gear :lol: next time im down there ill look in to cutting a section out the floor and having a section made..depends what under there

cheers mate,as i only have the dash (no heater or centre console) the bottom of the res is just sat under the dash :)

cheers rob :) just wish i had more time to work on it,trouble is its sat in a mates garage with no power or lights so a bright sunny weekend is the only chance i get :x i bought the pedal box off a company on ebay (£40 cheaper is you buy it from them on ebay :-? ) basic pedal box was £440 posted..as for what the car owes....................id say around .......£14,000!!!!!! id do have some forged internals sat here for the next engine and some tasty parts on there way (included in the price above) :Q
