I decided that the best way would be to remove the caliper lugs and bolt through the flat, angled section near where the lugs are/were, then have an alloy bracket made to bolt to the existing Fiesta holes. Does that make sense?

I will have some brackets made up soon so will get a few pairs done.

Harnesses look good but they need to cross over eachother and separate them with approx 6" of rollcage padding, much safer!

the bumper just has all the foam removed.. the mounts bolted to the car are made to suit the bumper so nothing else is done .the top flat of the bumper sits on top of the mount and the bolt goes through were the green strip would be .. not sure on you buying anything off me but no probs any way :D

cheers,, erm your welcome lol,, i was contemplating using the same technique, but use the montings behind the fogs, so its hidden, and still able to use the bumper lights allso,, then can quick release a few bumpers and chop and change as i feel :P

looking at this
Image you can hardly notice the bolt anyway,, and if i cut /drilled a recess big enough could possibly have the bolt embedded in to the strip :)

thankyou,, for the good pictures lol
