Very easy. I had one in the mk6 for over a year, you'll need a power invertor,
and a screen package with a dvd player (make sure it has Video input plugs on the dvd unit), plug the ps2 ouput cables into the dvd player, and it should be ok (mine was). :)

I had a screen that had its own stand (it was a 7" screen), i mounted it inside my glovebox (the mk6 one is quite large). I glued some velcro strips to the underside of the ps2 put that under one seat, and i did the same to the DVD player/controller box, and put that under the other seat. :)

All the things you need can be bought from your local maplin's, i know because i work there :)

150w inverter £14.99 (until august)
velcro around £2
motorised 7" headunit £99.99 IIRC

I've not done it myself, but I know the parts you need. You can probably get an inverter and screen from halfords, although it is probably cheaper from Maplin's.

S'alright. I want an N64 in mine when I have a screen to do things with. Very period! And I know how to modify them (got a fan and blue LEDs in so far.

I'll be putting the video on the screen and the sound through my current stereo.
