I quote figures from max power ! i don't read it ! just found a copy
FRST 0-60 7.9 secs... ford say 7.7secs i think ford are right.
top end 132mph.
Punto GT 0-60 8.3 secs, if we allow 0.2 off to keep it fair for the frst, it still makes it 8.1 secs Top end 125 mph he he piddly 1400.
FRST power ! he he

You sound like you're taking credit for these great car marques. Just because they share your nationality, doesn't make them your creation.

so i take pride in my nationality. u wonna shoot me or sumthing? when u go abroad and talk about sumthing from your counry, you dont refer to it as englands creation, you say (for example) "..in england, we make Astin Martins.." doesnt mean that u make cars in your back yard does it!!

I agree with Sunny.. only he missed out the only other nation to rival germany in auto engineering! Japan!
Having lived in Germany for 11 years we've had out fair few of german cars, they are SOLID and don't rust..The Japs are also solid... and dare I say in some ways more advanced... But the german interiors use less plastic!
No offence mate, but a lot of italian cars I wouldn't touch with a barge pole (nothing again italy, english cars are crap too).
However having said that, the newer ones are far better!! And yes, lambos are poo cars overall, but i'd kill for a Diablo SV
