Quarter panels

Quarter panels
Is it me or are these impossible to source? I've tried everything and all I can find is the repair panels.
Any help would he massively appreciated. All I can think of now is a donor car, and finding one with no rot at all at a good price is even harder than finding the panels.
I also need a rear panel too if anyone can help.
Thanks guys, Adam.

Re: Quarter panels
They are no longer made by ford or pattern companies, and have been like that for a few years so they are indeed hard to find, and expensive when you do find some

Re: Quarter panels
Prob down to lack of demand, and the bits you can still get are the more common bits that would be needed due to rot for mots.
The age of the car also would play a part.
It wouldn't surprise me if in a few years some are made again, but who knows

Re: Quarter panels
If there rot and damage free, then yeah, take them off as carful as you can, I would say even if that means cutting the panels there fixed too so the whole quarter is intact without holes,
Anyone wanting one that's going to fit it can remove the metal that not needed by there own means, which if it were me I would grind it thin and then peel it off and clean up the quarter so I have a hole free panel
But for me I have a sport welder, so its best like that for me, anyone while got to plug weld it would prob want the holes lol
