Dunno...try and find one that has BOTH terminal covers. I recently bought a Varta one (supposedly very good) but it only came with one of the covers! I rang Varta and tried to get one specially, but they just don't supply them :x So if you get one, and you can't find one with both covers, keep both the ones off your existing battery...only a problem if you're a fussy baxtered like me :bonkers:

I would use Exide, Varta or Ford/Motorcraft.

I'm using a 540amp type 092 Motorcraft silver/calcium one

its pysically bigger than the std fiesta ones, fills the whole battery tray.

only down side is it makes the air filter even more of a Whore to change

I know james, most batterys seem to come with no covers these days :x I had to cut up a negative cover to fit on the + side  although you can order new ones from ford still AFAIK.
