Had a few problems with my car just recently and forgot all about this tbh. But
I also didn't do any more with this because all we seemed to get was a load of waffle but no definates. But I am a serious yes, if this goes ahead??
Lets put it this way to drive out of my garage my mk3 requires 1.5 turns to get out, where as my Fiesta Zetec-S requires 0.5 turns enough said!!
Mk3 rack = stupidly low geared.

Well it is all dependent on how many people want them?? But I think we will be looking around the £115 mark. What is your thoughts on that?? I suppose we better know now what people are willing to pay otherwise it will all fall through again.

the reason i changed my mind is because i've injured my shoulder, and don't want to weight up the steering anymore than it is already.
however, rather ironically, i've just had two pain-free days on the trot! the first in about two months!
maybe i could get one, and corsa electric power steering for parking?

Its no problem mate I wasn't having a go, if you've hurt your shoulder then I don't blame you; as I would be the same way. I was just letting the others know where we stand.

it's ok, i wasn't having a go back
i wish i could have a go with this, as i think it would have made a difference on my track day.
whilst the grip of my car (rose jointed arms, coil overs, rest of it polybushed and quaife LSD) is much better than my old S1 escort, on mini roundabouts and tight corners i rarely needed to move my hands from 10 to 2 position. i find i do that a lot in the FRST.
wouldn't be so bad if i could remember how and when i hurt my shoulder!
no shoulder jokes at FF tomorrow, please.

I'm interested in the quick-rack group buy.
I read far ago and if i remember well, it will be about 150 euros, dont it? i only need that someone send it to me...
The other only fact is that my fiesta is LHD... will it be a problem?
