radiator advice zetec turbo
Im looking for some upgrades for my rs1800 zetec turbo project.
Fitted a uprated frst copper one, but i need a better one without 90 degrees bends
What do you guys use on zetec turbo ones?

what you need is a alloy rs1800 one lol ?(well slightly shorter one ) will hose up perfectly . probably the easiest way would be to have the bottom pipe cut and re welded on a alloy frst one

Looks very good.
May i ask what you need to pay for a custom one?.
Any diffrence between your original and the grs in keeping the engine on temperature?
Im struggling to keep mine off the redline in que.. need to set the heater on max ( not funny in august on the m25 )

I don't have a working temperature gauge but I've monitored the temps off the ECU and the fans kick in and out a lot better than with the standard rad. With the old one the fans would kick in but struggle to bring it back down.
