radiator fan switch
Im going to fit an bigger/larger radiator in my rs1800
Where do you put the fan switch or what do you fit them in.
the original switch sits in the radiator.

Thermostat housing would be a good option, top rad hose would be another place.
You could have it as a manual only switch on the dash, I have one on mine in addition to the thermo controlled one (as in I have 2 fans) but I'm not sure whether I'd want to only have manual control on just one fan. Personal preference.

Thanks, i have also fitted an extra switch in the dash for manual controlling the fan.
Just to be shure i don't get problems.
The top rad hose would be interesting.. are there special hoses for to fit it in?

The Escort Zetec one I think has a fan switch in the hose arm, its something I'm planning to do for a seperate gauge but because of the bend in the FRST hose I'm going to hack up a flexi hose instead
