I only have his email adress, 2 mobile numbers and bank details

police told me to take it to small claims court but i cant because i dont have his adress

he has vanished from ebay

he rings me like 3 times a week to tell me hes sending cheques, was supposed to get one today but didnt.

No need, If you're using outlook:

You can change your address in the 'E-Mail Accounts'.

Where it says user information, Name and E-Mail address - You can change these to whatever you like, and thats what it will say on the E-Mail you send.

Job done.

Remember to change it back mind!

I made a little program for this (sneaky I know)
Uses Telnet commands to do it.

Only problem is, you can only send a email to a Hotmail account ... but ... you can have any email address as the 'from' and the name can be anything too.

Hope he did, by the sounds of it he conned other people on the forums, so he deserved it if thats the case

I remember him from way back in the day! He sold a sh!t load of stuff he didn't
actually have and pissed a fair few people off. He was repeatedly banned but kept
starting new accounts hence his user name being "i'm back" in reverse. so hopefully
he didn't get anything back from the big bad con man. oh there was also some
speculation that he partook in sexual relations with family members too
