I'll be at FITP, just not in the mk1.
The woman and little un are coming this year, so a 5 0'clock start and 2 hour drive in the mk1 isnt happening.

You wont, it'l' be in the car park
6 years of getting up at stupid o'clock to show and being bored by dinner time, time for a break.
I'll be there at a reasonable hour and not needing 20 cans of red bull

Re: Ratspeeds Mk1 plantpot plus
Its called not being arsed about doing many shows this year. After a few years youll understand
anyway,
Not a massive update, but i trimmed the parcel shelf in some fake leathery stuff. Came out really well i think.
then cheapo energy drink tin on the coil trick
And did an oil change using actual 80's oil. Thats what you call dedication!

Re: Ratspeeds Mk1 plantpot plus
Although mine had never been welded the sills were bubbling, the rear arches were pretty bad and the inner wings around the headlamps had quite a few holes in. That was pretty good compared to some i see people rebuilding, they have to replace the floorpan and stuff lol madness

Just seen an S reg on ebay, didnt think they made them that early then remembered the 30th anniversary of fiestas was in 2007, so the earliest you will find is 1977 lol

Sorry I'm confused, is it just Russ's thread that amusing off topic posts are banned or is it all over the forum Jony? Because here it looks like you're being hypocritical. Just saying.
