the fiesta centre do a kit, its £200, but you need to get calipers and disc your self, or from them for extra cost.
the kit uses fiesta front solid disc for the back and ganda/sierra rear calipers which can be got cheap frop scrappy.
the Fc kit comes with all nuts bolts washer etc that you need.
i have the kit fitted to my frst and i didnt need a bias valve to balance the rears out, lower spec models may do due to different factory pre set bias valves.
be warned though, any rear disc conversion moves the weel towards the arch, i sized up rs2k ones as i thought about changing and even then they would move my wheel further out like the FC one did, approx 20-25mm towards arch each side.
the focus set up also moves the wheel out, there are 2 different hubs on the focus, 1 for focus rs and non rs, one pushes it out further than the other so watch what you get if you go that way.

Loads of options typically though they over brake the rear of the car and can be potentially very dangerous on the road.
The drums are more than up to the job at hand but if you want discs ensure that you allow for the fitment of a bias valve to stop the rears locking up under heavy braking

Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

i didnt and still dont need a bias valve on my rs, ive road tested in dry and wet (safely too) as well of having it on the rollers for mot's etc, never had a problem with mine.

I can't comment on your setup or installation as I've not seen or dealt with it in any way.
I can only comment on the dozen or so examples I have dealt with and all without fail over brake the rear end.

what models have they been and what brakes they got?
i belive the frst rear brake compensaters are the main reason i dont suffer with back end locking up before the front (i do not have ABS)
im using the std frst servo and master cyclinder and i run escort cossie dic and calipers up the front and my brakeing is balanced and better than std.
but i have to agree, rear disc are for show on a fez, if im honest, rear drums give a much better hand brake to that os the rear disc set up, however the rs2k set up is caliper and drum, brake shoes on the inside rim of the disc for hand brake and caliepr for braking, whi i think is better, but i fear if i was to change over i may up set the balance and then suffer with rear end locking before the front and the need to bias valves to be fitted, which i dont want to do, its very easy to me to bolt my drums back on if i need to with very little work.
as my self and Oranoco have said, bias valves will prob need to be fitted, but in all honesty, and coming from someone that fgot rear disc,
1 do you really want/need them
2 can you afford to fit them and fock about getting them balanced out (if needed) for the sake of "looks"
i may of been lucky if you want, but dont take for granted yours will be ok without bias valves
