Try a Mk5 Fiesta Zetec bumper and mirror the right-hand exhaust mounting, a bit like this Mk3.....

No, 'cos the never made a Fiesta with twin exhausts!

You'll need to do a DIY job or get a bodyshop to make one.

an si bumper is easy to fit twin exhausts too, the cutout is just an oval, no moulded details etc

BUT does the Si bumper fit a MK4 and how mush would it cost for the bodyshop to make twin exhast holes ?

It should fit cos mk4 bumpers fit mk3's, should cost about £50 to replicate the other side. Where you going as I live in Bournemouth and get all my work done at Insignia Coachworks.
