do ou really need it, jus fit 4x4 cossie fronts and youl stop more than quicly enough.
alot of track car fiestas still use standard rear drums
if you really need one , fiesta cenre do 1 for £200 +
or theres a zetec rear beam for sale on here with focus rear brakes, about £150
the new rear beam will als give you a handling advantage.

Focus Rear discs the most cost-effective way to go these days, Just modify a mk3 rear beam to suit the bolt spacings of the focus hub or fork out for the much-fabled Zetec S one which is apparently stiffer.
There's loads of rear-disc foci about in the scrappys nowadays so you don't always have to pay artifically-high prices for rear discs, just use the hubs & calipers then buy new discs and pads, longer flexi-hose and the RS 2k handbrake cable (with a spacer).
The focus rear discs come in 2 sizes, 255mm- 2.0/1.8/tdci and 280mm- ST170/RS. Calipers the same on all these models.

To be brutally honest I wouldn't bother with rear discs at all. The stock drums really are quite up to the job at hand. A good friend of mine still runs stock drums on his 400bhp Zetec Turbo Fiesta. That thing stops like it's slammed into a wall. If they are good enough for that monster they are good enough for us mere mortals. A 4x4 Cossie front setup is a wise investment past 130bhp
Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

Yeh I would have to agree with Oranoco and Project_XR2_Trackcar here. The fiesta is only a light car at the back and by fitting a disc conversion would surely just give you a back end which is prone to lock up under hard breaking, which is never good for road use. Stock drums and Cossie/Focus conversion on the front will be more than enough. But just remember if you are going to upgrade the brakes, then you must buy decent tyres or you will be locking up everywhere lol!
