luca :Fiesta centre do a kit
That's what I've got on mine, you need to get 4x4 cosworth rear calipers and suitable pads, combined with 1.1 fiesta front disks!
Pretty easy conversion if you know your way around a spanner...

Re: rear discs on fiesta mk 3
i also have the fiesta centre kit, very easy kit, i use granda calipers (same as sierra) and i had to have new handbrake spacers made up as the ones in the kit seems too big and couldnt get them both fitted.
apart from that its ok, just make sure you get a good pair of calipers as these sort of calipers suffer with problems and can seize up and gen be a pain in the ar$e so get some good ones
be aware also, it will push the wheels out towards the arch approx 20mm each side
