Rear disk conversion

I plan on fitting a rear disk conversion to my fiesta rst, i have the following parts already:
mk5 zetec-s fiesta rear beam, focus rs mk1, disks, pads, calipers and hubs

what hoses will i need to use and what servo and master cylinder

Any help appreciated

Mk 3 escort 1980-83 front brake hoses, you could put a mk5 escort servo + master cylinder, might be worth fitting a bias valve on the rear line so it wont over brake on the rear and lock up. were you on PSUK?
