rear light bulbs

Postby slaney21 on Thu Jun 10, 2010 12:18 pm

Hi all

Just fitted some proper dark smoked(not sprayed) rear lights for the xr and put some smoked front side indicators on also (thanks danny :Q )

Im just wondering if anyone knows the best place to source some decent bulbs for them to make them a bit more brighter as they appear a slight touch dim. The bulbs themselves at the moment are fine but want something a little brighter. I got one source for led rears (cheers tweek :Q ) but want to see what anyone else can recommend

il put some pics up of the rear lights on the car at some point this evening

thanks

I would go LED, i know the problem though, ive got smoked rears on mine, i bought some red coated side/brake light bulbs and they are brighter than normal clear ones, so i also got orange coloured indicator ones and they seem to make a bit of difference. Ive got LED fog light, which is alright i suppose... but im eventually going to get LED lights all round like Wayne has kinda thing :)
