i know this has been asked before but i can't find a true answer for it but does anyone do a direct fit rear valance for the si bumper. i have seen rear spoilers modded to fit like zetec69's awesome car, but i am mnore interested in the type of valance that was on the purple si in the performance ford mag.
if you are not sure which one i mean it is on there web site

It was fairly easy to fit but I had to make up a few brackets for it to fit properly and securely. The spoiler was £20 from the scrappy but then I had to get it sprayed (£20 from a mate in the trade)

Sorry again mate my car's off the road for a few months getting a bit of work done and the only digi camera I have access to is at work (60 miles from home) so I won't be able to take any pics till around mid October. Basically only 2 out of the 4 holes on the spoiler/diffuser matched upto the bottom of the rear bumper so I used strips of aluminium & bent them so that the other two holes could be attached to the bumper aswell via the brackets. Then I made a bracket for the centre because the diffuser wasn't stable enough-I drilled a hole in the underside of the spare wheel tray and bolted a bracket to this and to the diffuser again with an aluminium strip bent to shape.Hope this helps

It all depends on how many (if any!) holes on the spoiler match upto the bumper. Also make sure whatever spoiler you get is the correct width because it'll save you cutting it down if it's too long

Okey dokey, dont think im gonna have much luck with that. I hear the sounds of it falling off as i type. But i think im gonna give it a go anyway.
So the spoiler is actually attached to the bumper? From the inside or outside??

Basically what i meant, but was at all clear about was, Are all he fittings of the spioler hidden away.
I think that may be clear. If not then dont worry.

PS your cars mint, especially that silver vent in the bonnet.

yeah TJ all the fittings & brackets are hidden away so you can't see them unless you look underneath the car mate. What spoiler are you thinking of using?
