So i built a cvh turbo there with new shells and crank i had had some new pistons and rings so i didnt do them now i used the old zvh inlet running ofab ans i took out the injectors and chip just to run it in but when i start it up its just constant revving up to 4000 and thats not good for a new built engine i cant leave it running in case I was just fishing for some ideas Iv done the usual as much as i can and it looks like the seals on the injectors are okay

Are all the hoses and tubing around the inlet plenum connected and secure? The plastic tube for the brake servo? Is it sealing? The ISCV is bolted on firmly?Did you check if the throttle cable is sticking? If everything is fine and tight,I would unplug the ISCV,disconnect the throttle cable to see that the throttle plate is shutting as it should and try. Also check the inlet manifold that is tight.Upper and bottom part.If it doesn't idle as it should,I would also take off the brake servo fitting on the servo housing and tap it with my finger to test.If the membrane inside the servo tears,it sucks air in and brakes the inlet vacuum. It happened some time ago in our Sierra and idled at 3.5K.Ofcourse you will have no brakes too,but you need to drive it first to notice it...I did!!!

Check the throttle body is tightly bolted on and the gasket is ok , my mate had a throttle body that was threaded as well as the inlet side so the bolt didn't seal properly and would rev its nutsack off when you started it
As has been said it has to be an air leak of some kind after the throttle body, check all gaskets and bolts and worth checking the o rings on the injectors have heard rarely these causing this problem, I take it the timing has been checked and double checked?
