I would have thought that the little less surface area provided by the dips in the circumference in the disc, would have decreased braking power by a little.
Also suspect, the pads would wear away on the outer edge, quickly.
But thats only from looking at them.

Bit of a gimmick if you ask me. They might reduce weight, but they also reduce the pad contact area of the disc, which isn't very clever.
If the design worked then race and fast road cars would use them.
When it comes to brakes, looks should be the least important consideration.

There's nothing speculative about stating that reducing the pad contact area of the disc will reduce braking power.
It's basic physics.
Like I said before, if the design worked better than standard round discs then you'd see it in use everywhere.

Stoned :Fastcar reviewed them and gave them good reviews so thats one positive experience.
Max power sell max power branded neons!
Doesnt mean they are good!
Over the years ive seen so many reviews in mags, that at the time got a god review, then a year or so later, theres the 10 worst mods section, and low and behold in the same mag, the same bloody items that they anounced would save you petrol, and give you 20bhp boost!
Just looked in an old revs, and noticed they gave shoulder pads a good review!
