Rover 114 GSI Metro. 1.4 MPI

Summary:

8 months MOT
5 months TAX
67,000 Miles.
Very acceptable arches.

I purchased this little metro 2 months ago as a daily runner. Unfortunately my previous car was ruined due to the floods and the repair bill was far too much so i resulted to buying this for the time being.

Now this little car is no longer needed as i now have a company vehicle. The metro is a pleasure to drive it would be a fantastic first car or general daily driver.

Points to note:

The in fan heater only works on level 3 and not 2 or 1 , it also only blows hot air onto the windscreen and not through the car vents. (A mechanic has told me this could be the flap near the heater matrix?
The door lock has come loose since i have owned it and therefore will need attaching or clipping back onto the door. (still works fine just slightly loose)
Central locking sometimes takes a couple of attempts to engage and lock all doors.
The ceiling has been damp before ( Mechanic stated this would most likely be a seal around the sunroof)
When the vehicle was checked before i purchased , The mechanic stated an oxygen sensor will need to be fitted on the exhaust.

Nice to know:

The GSI was the top of the range and therefore the car has electric front windows , Alloy wheels (including a full size spare) and body coloured bumpers. I have also been told by a metro fanatic that the 1.4 MPI is scarce and people prefer these for engine conversions etc.
The arches and sills look very good for a metro. Please see the above pictures.
All 4 tyres are in good drivable condition.

I would like to state that this sale is a sold as seen basis. I hate selling things as i can never guarantee them and i do not like the hassle. Please come and view and even test drive if you wish.

Thank you very much for your time. Any further questions please call me on 07450282972. £550 ONO
