Im running a rover turbo inlet with the standard plastic fuel rail, are the other options for it ?
want to fit a adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and the frst option doesn't do the job

Excuse my ignorance on rover parts, but why can't you use the classic one from the rs turbo?Does the rover one has different type of fixing for the reg?Any photos you could post of the rail?

I can't find an adapter to fit on the fuelrail.
Modified the rail allready, to handle a frst pressure regulator..but don't like the solution.

havn't got a frst rail, so i can't compare with it

Hmmm...does the fiesta regulator seals on the rover rail?If it does,I guess your problem is that the bolting pattern of the Ford one is different than the rover one and the regulator bolts are not aligning.Am I correct? If this is your problem, then a Burton regulator for example will solve your problem since it has sloted mounting points.Have a look here:
http://www.burtonpower.com/parts-by-category/fuel-system/fuel-regulators-injection/power-boost-valve-fiesta-xr2i-rs-turbo-fsepbv38830.html
It just needs to seal on the rover rail.If the Ford one seals as it should with it's o-ring,then I see no reason for the burton one not fit.Unless I am missing something...

The bolt pattern is diffrent, taped new holes...but it's not that strong ( not allot of plastic to tap into )
Maybe a frst adapter will do..but still having the problem with the bolts.

I know some of the members are running with an special fuel rail.
Only can't find it

Why not make your own out of something like 8mm tube and pipe fittings

Run an offboard regulator then, if the rover 3 bar item isn't offering you enough fuel at a useful duty cycle. I'd drill, nyloc, washer and bolt it myself, if you've already stripped the (crappy) threads. Those fuel rails are common as anything, got at elast two kicking around.

EDIT : Could also use a metal M16 fuel rail, though you'd have to get brackets fabricated to attach it to the inlet. If you need to up the fuel pressure to counter insufficient flow through your injectors it's probably time to consider higher flowing injectors. If you've used Lucas (rover) injectors already, there's a direct fit 440cc item available.

The injectors are high impedance EV1 type - there's a large number of alternative Bosch items that are readily available.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/TRE-440cc-min-Fuel-Injectors-Fit-Bosch-Turbo-Drag-Race-42LB-HR-EV1-440-cc-NEW-5-/321114487544?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4ac3ea3af8&vxp=mtr

From memory, you have to square the fuel rail pressure to achieve a doubling in injector throughput and even then, you affect the spray pattern and will get an uneven yield / burn as a result of chamber entry velocity and poor atomisation. I would strongly consider uprating the injectors. Long body EV6 style injectors will fit (they're about 65mm ring to ring, the same as the EV1 injector design). You may require an adaptor for the connectors, however.

Lots of Audi / VW / Volvo items will fit and work, just a matter of hunting round for ones with the right impedance and flow rate.
