hmm tbh mate im looking into it and there arent many options...
1. 2.0 zetec conversion - 138 bhp but prob a better base for n/a tuning
2. Throttle bodies & manifold - at tops 170 bhp but will need aftermarket management... realisticly 150 bhp.
3. Turbo!! (which im looking forward to doing to mine) - lookin at 2k but prob 220bhp..
i reckon if your pretty handy with tools go for the turbo! itll cost a lot cheaper if you do it yourself and then you can do mine!

There's not many bolt on mods for the Zetec
You'll have to crack open the engine if you want more power.
The zetec responds well to cams. head work and upping the compression

So a port, polish and head skim might be a cost effective option for a little more power?
Would love to turbo it, but 2k is way way too much
Thx for advice guys
