RS 2000 conversion

has any one ever put an rs 2000 or know what needs to be done to put one in a fez? Are there any guides? help appreciated.

Not many peopel do it as the I4 is a heavy old lump and it will upset your handling. The ZETEC is lighter, cheaper, easier to fit and easier to tune so go for that.

its possible and shouldnt be that much different to fitting a zetec but you may need to make custom mounts. also as said the zetec is generally better and more refined engine than the I4.

It can be done, it's a complete ball ache as admitted by the few that have and the rewards aren't as good as the Zetec 2 litre conversion the exatr 12bhp or so is cancelled out by the units heavier weight and worsened driving characteristics
