RS Turbo Conversion

Hi,
Ive got a 1.3 LX fiesta. I was wondering what else has to be changed along with the engine if i was to get an RS Turbo Lump and put it in?

Also how much roughly wud it all cost?

I think you have to swap pretty much everything over, probably easier to get a donar car with all you need. Do a search, im sure this has been asked many times.
