will this work for a 1.6 cvh carb xr2 lump in a mk3?
At least i dont drive a saxo!!

think an inline pump is easier to use, a facet one or similar

No. Might be possible if you can get hold of a regulator to bring the pressure down from ~40psi to ~5psi.
